Abstract
|

|
Clinical observation for five patients who had chemical injuries due to the explosion of the compressed ammonia. All patients had severe edematous swelling of uvula and glottis in the air way, but the nasal mums =membrane seemed to be intact. Skin erosion and conjunctiv tl were also seen in all cases. One outof live vxphvd on the 3rd day.of the accident with severe lung edema Rest of cases were well responded io the local and systemic treatment and discharged in 5~10 days.
